I’m not new to smartthing but I’ve recently added to my setup a smart monitor that in teory should be controllable via the smartthings app. The fact is when the monitor is off it disappear from the app and became listed as offline. In the monitor settings I’ve selected on, the function to turn it on via mobile devices but it only works when the monitor is off for only few minutes, after that time it is impossible to turn it back on using smartthings, it disappera from the list of DEX compatible devices and from the smart view menu on my mobile (so not only from smarthings). The only solution is to turn it on using the remote controller of the monitor itself.
Any suggestion? I see from my router that in fact after few minutes the monitor disappear from the wifi…

I have the M7 43" too. I can’t connect my Ring Doorbell Plus with the M7. Are there any solution?
