The advance web app fixed most of the issues besides autolock. I am still not able to refresh auto lock. I am almost there. Any suggestions for autolock.

We’re having the exact same problem getting AutoLock to enable. It’s only happening on one (of eight) Schlage be469 Locks. The remaining 7 are all functioning fine.

I followed your previous instructions to send commands in the Advanced Web Browser to each of the settings that were not active. It lit each one of them up within seconds, except for the AutoLock. I’ve tried the Refresh Button many times, as well as creating an Automation to change the AutoLock Setting. No luck so far.

Any suggestions?

Here are the things I had tried:

Reboot Hub
Battery Pull from Lock
Operating Lock at Keypad
Manually programming Auto lock at Keypad

Can’t seem to get Auto Lock Status to be recognized.

Were you able to resolve the AutoLock issue?

So far, nothing I’ve tried has helped (see prior posts).

Looking like I’ll need to remove it from the Z-Wave Network and add it back in

I don’t think that will help. Can you grab logs while running a scene that changes that setting?

Noting I’ve done the following things:

1. Power-Cycle Hub
2. Z-Wave Repair
3. Power-Cycled the house (to clear up the Z-Wave Mesh Network) (which got ALL EIGHT locks back on line instantly)
4. Removed Batteries from Schlage Lock
5. Used My SmartThings Advanced Web Interface to “toggle” the Auto Lock (this method “did” activate some of the other settings that weren’t refreshing).
6. Tried “manually” setting Auto Lock parameter from Schlage Keypad (which “did” set Auto Lock on/off as desired at the lock, but did NOT activate the parameter Device Card).

I also tried switching to the Beta Version just now, then sending the Auto Lock On/Off & Refresh Commands from the Advanced Web Interface. No luck

Out of frustration (or hope) I excluded and reincluded my Schlage BE469ZP lock. It was successfully included using the S2 security and PROVISIONED according to the ST API Browser+

The only thing I had NOT tried yet was removing it from the network then adding it back in. So THANK YOU @Puzzling for doing that test!!!

@Tallblazer124 did you by any chance find a resolution to the AutoLock setting not refreshing ?
