I’m facing problems to connect the air conditioner (AR09NSPXBWKNAZ) to SmartThings.
The device connects on wifi, because I’m able to see it in router web panel.
The problem seems to be in device registration on samsung account or SmartThings.
I already tried the following steps:
- Reset router
- Change SSID
- Restart the air conditioner
- Change wifi channel
- Make the connection from another android phone
