Powering Tablet with PoE Switch

I’m wondering if anyone has powered their tablet from a PoE switch. Not a PoE injector, but a switch? I have a PoE switch running my WAPs and have a wire run to the location I’d like to install the table. The problem is that I can’t find a RJ45 to USB adapter (female to female) that would allow me to pass through the PoE.

Everything I’m finding is an actual injector, which I don’t really need since I already have a PoE switch.

For the life of me I couldn’t find one with the female USB. Now I just need to get the mount and the slim cable for charging. I have to wait for them to get delivered to find out which way the charging port is facing so I can get the right cable.
