PIXIE Plus - SmartThings Linking Services - DOWN?

I have been using Samsung SmartThings integrated with PIXE Plus (SAL Lighting Solution) for several months. Today I noticed the PIXIE PLUS link needs to be reactivated in the SmartThings app.

However each time I try I get a gateway timeout from the PIXIE Plus page.

Has anyone else experienced this?

What does the PIXIE support say about the problem?

Waiting on PIXIE to get back to me.

Earlier today I was getting a Gateway Time out now I am getting Invalid Gateway.

Maybe someone is working on it.

Looks like the service was restored.

It’s on and off at the moment. The service is really slow and during the reconnecting process I am seeing other hubs?
