Similar problems here in the UK.
None of my “smart” lighting motion triggers are working 
Mmm OK another “smart” summer time failure.
The UK is switching to BST from GMT at 1am tomorrow, but it looks like SmartThings thinks that it is today, as its sunset calculation in Smart Lighting is 1 hour late (as the lighting started working an hour after sunset).
Strange that it only seems to have affected the motion based smart lighting, as the static landing light came on at sunset… deliberate misdirection obviously 
Sorry to hear the infection is creeping east. Here in “New England” where we like to name things the same… ahem… things are going from bad to worse as ST roles out “new, improved” fixes. I feel for them sometimes, as they can’t seem to get a break. Still, makes you wonder if maybe they’re approaching their problems from the wrong direction!?
They might be using the age old method of elimination. There are only so many ways to this, they will either get lucky or it will be the last option left.
