OAuth Flow Error

Hi,

We’ve been using SmartThings without issues for a while, but today we encountered a problem during the OAuth account connection process.

When a user logs in and accepts the terms and conditions, they reach the screen to select the location they want to grant us access to.

However, after selecting a location and clicking “Authorize,” we receive the following error message:

The supplied authentication is not authorized to access this resource

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

  1. App ID where the issue is present (the one you can see in the Developer Workspace)
  2. Share with us how you’re using the authorization URL
  3. Is it happening for every user using that specific app or only for certain users?
  4. If I understand correctly, you’re not redirected to your redirect URI with the auth code after authorizing access, right?

We confirmed this was fixed this morning, so no need to follow up here.

It seemed to be a temporary bug on your side.
