Hi. I have an Ecobee with a few remote sensors. When I load the Ecobee app, they are working fine. I’ve also replaced all their batteries recently. However when I go into SmartThings, they always show offline:
I’ve rebooted both the app and the ST device but still doesn’t wanna work. Any ideas what’s up?
How long ago did you install them? Did you use specific drivers or did they install through connected services (cloud-> cloud)?
Been a few years. I didn’t do anything special to install them; I just set them up on the Ecobee interface then let all the other things autodetect them.
Sounds like there may be an issue with the SmartThings ↔ Ecobee connection. I’ve been having intermittent connectivity issues with my Ecobee as well. SmartThings was unable to make changes or see current status most of the day yesterday.
