Are we experiencing yet another issue with ST today? I’ve successfully logged into the iOS app (classic) and I’m trying to modify an automation (any of them actually) and I’m getting “You are not authorized to perform the requested operation” when I tap on the cog to edit the automation.
What gives??

Yes, several users have spoken about this issue…
Status says says everything up. Alexa says smarthings not responding. App will not load. Tried removing and reinsatlling . Got error. Wes able to restore from backup. Was able to.log in. Very slow. And Alexa works 1 out of 10 times.
I’ve seen others post here and with success have support fix problems with routines. I’ve had no luck resolving my issue and was hoping to be able to get access to routines again. I have opened a ticket online over 72 hours ago but not heard anything back so hopefully someone from support who is monitoring this forum can assist me. When I navigate to Add new routine I get an error that says “Unable to Add Routine.”
