Please help! My SmartThings App is suddenly no longer displaying the control to access art and upload photos for my Frame TV. I have deleted and reinstalled both the app from my phone and the device from the app multiple times and it’s still not showing up. I can control the TV via the remote on the app but there is still no way to access the art feature to add more photos.

Thank you! I appreciate the info, but I actually already did this and received no response. Hopefully they will eventually provide a resolution. For now I’m using a usb drive which is not ideal.
