I have the same problem almost every time the hub gets a firmware update but it starts working again after a SmartThings hub reboot. My dimmer switch buttons works fine after the latest update. Maybe try a hub reboot again.

The device names are
Tap dial switch hue, Bedroom switch 2 hue, Bedroom switch 1 hue, itâs also the all of the other dimmer switches but I decided to go with one of each type. (The hue dimmer v1 and a v2 plus tap dial switch)
Iâm not sure if I should have done all of those. I did ask for thy hub logs but I donât seem to have got anything. But I took some screenshots of what came out of the cli after I pressed the buttons. So it seems to notice the button was pressed. Although in the device page it doesnât say it was and any actions donât happen.
Sorry if Iâve done this all wrong.
I tried a reboot on your suggestion but it seems to be the same.
