Yes. In my case I have 4 thermostats and the wiring involved having to hire a professional using 2 common Tstat makers at my boiler and two air handlers in my attic requires. I am probably in the minority but my house has a complex wiring setup so the Ecobee’s do not work for me unless I spent over 1k on a professional and the hardware and as much as I want to switch from Nest, it’s not worth it.
