Need Support Help

Hello,

Got my kit yesterday. Everything paired up fine except the motion sensor. I’ve followed the troubleshooting guide posted (batteries, push button, hold button, etc) and nothing works. I think I got a bunk device. Since there is no help line, how do I get it replaced?
