Hi, I bought a house with two existing Yale touchscreen locks. I do not have the hub that they were paired to. I can’t figure out how to get them into pairing mode. When I go to menu #7, there is only option #3. When I select #3, it beeps a few times but still doesn’t give me option #1 in that menu. I performed a factory reset, no change. How do I unpair when I don’t have the old hub?
You need to put your SmartThings hub in z-wave exclusion mode while putting the locks in pairing mode. This resets them and then you can pair.
