I dont have a Spruce irrigation system. However I was just going into it under smart apps and when I was adding some settings to it even though I removed it when I was done it appears twice in my smartapps screen on the phone. I click on it and try to remove but says something went wrong we cant load right now and then at bottom retry.
The weird thing is i never saved anything or hit the final done i hit remove when i was checking it out but now its in my smart apps twice.
Is there another way I can remove it.

LATER EDIT - I am told that
The new URL to use for IDE is https://account.smartthings.com. 
for now they both work.
