I’ve got a Frient Keypad, and I need to set the keypad up so that when the user code is entered it switches on an Aeotec switch. All RBOY have done is to send me the link to their FAQ, which isn’t very useful. I’ve followed the guidance on the FAQs.I’ve installed the smart lock guest access on the SmartThings App. Keypad and switches have all been added to the app. I’ve set up a usercode on the SmartThings Web App. I think I’ve set everything up correctly. When I try to add a routine, if user code entered then switches turn on, I’m unable to save the routine so I’m clearly doing something wrong but I’m unsure what. I’ve exhausted the limits of ChatGPT’s knowledge and I am stuck. Any help and advice would be greatly appreciated!

I’m using the same driver, and I can create a routine with no issues. I had had problems in the past saving routines. And rebooting the hub and waiting a few mins sorted it. Doesn’t seem to be a driver issue
