My Smartthings reports all devices Not Supported

This has been happening for the last couple of days, so I decided to check with you.

The https://my.smartthings.com reports my devices as “not supported”, while the “Advanced Users” sections shows all the device working fine. Is this happening to someone else? If so, how can I reach out the support? Thank you :slight_smile:

It is normal for SmartTags to show ‘Not supported’ on my.smartthings.com as the tags can only really be managed using Samsung Galaxy phones.
