What happened to "works with smartthings"?

I’m trying to find a list of devices that are officially supported.
I have been using “works with smartthings” link…
Now it seems to be this one:

Are you guys getting list of products or just dummy page telling that you can integrate with thousands of devices (without listing them)?

It was removed in the most recent site redesign last week. They haven’t said anything officially, but it looks like now they want people to just look in the app.

It takes a lot longer to research that way, but I guess it’s more complete.

For real?! What about the people who are thinking about buying hub? Are they supposed to install application first…

Hey there!

@Jani, If you are having trouble locating the product list page, you can find the list of Works with SmartThings devices directly here at this link: https://www.smartthings.com/products-list

I hope this message finds you well!

The link to the site Zell posted is kinda hidden when you scroll over of the image

Unfortunately, that’s a list of brands, not devices. Arlo, Lutron Caseta, Phillips hue, and ring all have devices which will not work with smartthings, but there’s no way to tell that just by following the links from that page. This is going to result in a lot of very unhappy customers.

There are models listed within each brand (some even listed twice :grimacing:). A little harder to find since you can’t list multiple brands at once

That’s not what I’m seeing. I start at the link that @SamsungZell gave and I see this:

If I choose “Caseta by Lutron” from those tiles I get a page with this:

And that Lutron motion sensor does not work with smartthings.

Click “view all” below the pics

It’s unlikely that somebody using a voice reader would ever get there, and I would guess that most people using a regular browser will just tap on the picture also.

Ok thanks for the link @SamsungZell. That’s what I searched and couldn’t find.
One question though. I have been using UK “works with smartthings” page because supported devices are different than US devices. That link seems to send me to US list. Where can I find UK supported devices ?It used to be this: https://www.smartthings.com/gb/products. That directs me to US page.

So if I’m looking for a smart candle bulb I have to click on each manufacturer to browse whether they have one or not? Previously I could just scan the images and bingo.

you can try looking up devices by country and type here (US example)

Hey there! @Jani

Thank you for confirming that information and based on your Region, you would want to utilize the below pathway to check for UK Devices.

Using the link & image below. Under Works with Smartthings> Check Supported Devices.

Heres the link and a Image of the option: https://www.samsung.com/uk/smartthings/

I hope this message finds you well!
