My Kevo Servers Down

Anyone using the MyKevo Locks and having issues with MyKevo plus, I just got off the phone with what they call tech support and after a lengthy discussion where I explained to her that not only is the app not working but their website isn’t working well either so it’s not “My Gateway” that is the problem. Hardest thing in the world to explain to her that I don’t host THEIR gateway to get a 504 Gateway Time-out error.

In any case, once she finally realized that THIER servers were down and that was why I cannot log in, she said it would be “a couple of hours” before the servers were back up.

If you are using ST to control via Kevo Plus Device Type (DTH Link in post 18), it is likely not to work for you. Mine says “jammed”
