Multipurpose Sensor - False Vibration Alerts

I’ve started to get false ‘vibration detected’ alerts on a sliding glass door, heavy glass, very heavy framed with no wind outside when event happens. Of course it happens in the middle of the night and is set up to turn all the lights on.

Here are the events -

Sensor battery is at 100%. It’s has happened 3 times in the last 4 nights, all at different times. Any ideas?

normal bad behavior for this device. search (for the ST multipurpose gen2 sensor that takes coin cell CR2045).

The gen1 version that takes 2xAAAA seems to be pretty great, I don’t recall any false vibration reports.

ALL THE TIME. This was happening so frequently that I turned off the notifications for it.

I get false alarms all the time… The security smattapp really ought to verify motion before notifying us

Thanks everyone that replied. Looks like we’ll turn off the vibration notification for this sensor while we’re ‘armed at home’ overnight.
