Multipurpose sensor does not connect to Sansung ET-WV523 hub

Until recently I have always been able to connect the IM6001-MPP02 multipurpose sensors
It’s been a few months since it’s impossible for the app to detect them.
I think it is a problem with the Hub that does not connect with the sensors or with the F-SRN-ZB-VF-1 siren
I can’t connect anything in my house through the Hub

What happens… does a timeout occur or something else? Have you tried bringing the sensor near the hub when you attempt to add it?

what is the firmware version on your Samsung Connect?
