Motion Sensor temp sensor within alexa

Sorry not sure if this is the correct forum for this?

Is it possible for me to setup Alexa routines using the temp sensors built into smarthings motion, multipurpose sensors?

I see them but they only allow me to use the motion part of the sensor in a routine.

Is this possible?

Yes, you can create a virtual thermostat and use the multipurpose sensor as the temp sensor. Then Alexa will be able to read the temp.
