this is probably a short term deal but a good one for anyone looking for a replacement battery
Best Buy has a bunch of security related Smart Home devices on sale from what looks like a random set of brands, including some of the aqara sensors and a few matter devices.
Some of these will work with SmartThings, some won’t, so do your research.
Sale ends on May 28 at 11:59 PM ET.
Home Depot has added the eve energy in wall outlet to their “buy more save more” program at least in my area, so if you’re buying at least three, you get 20% off. The offer may vary by individual store, though.
This looks like a very nice device, although I haven’t seen field reviews yet. It’s Matter over thread, And it’s one of the first repeating devices available for thread. The two sockets are individually controllable, although note that the energy reporting is for the combined usage. I don’t know if it appears on the energy dashboard in the SmartThings app or not, but some level of energy reporting is available in SmartThings. UL listed and a quality build.
Because it’s matter, you must have a SmartThings/aeotec hub to use it with your SmartThings account, but you will be able to use it simultaneously and locally with SmartThings, Apple home, and other matter platforms. And of course it will work with both Alexa and Google Home.
It’s not cheap, but remember you are getting two individually controllable sockets with this device.

Limited Time Deals at Amazon
Meross Store mostly lighting but there are coupons on many of their products
Ring has a bunch of stuff on sale this week on their own site. Some work with SmartThings, some don’t, so research carefully.
Personally, I’ve moved away from their cameras, but I really like their path lighting, which is based on the old Mr. Beams products. You have to get their bridge device or a specific echo model, but then you can control the path lights individually in addition to the usual motion triggers. They have solar power options which seem to work quite well as well as battery powered options. There’s no direct SmartThings integration but they do work with Alexa and Alexa routines, which has been sufficient SmartThings integration for us. We really don’t need to do anything except turn some on or off. Very good engineering, well-made, hold up well.
If you have an echo show 10 or the echo fourth generation, you don’t need the separate bridge, you just connect them directly to the echo.
These are 80 lm, which is quite bright for a path light.

Eve Home has just added a 20% off coupon for most of their products (including the new Matter over Thread inwall outlet) at Amazon (Amazon . Com only) . Identified as a Memorial Day sale.
The Matter over Thread models will work with SmartThings out of the box, no custom code required. Other models will work with HomeKit but not SmartThings, so read product descriptions carefully.
I have several of their devices and like them very much, except for the price. So a sale is always welcome.
Note that although their Amazon Store page still says HomeKit, the Matter devices will also work fine with other Matter-enabled platforms, Including SmartThings.
If this will be the first Matter device you use with SmartThings, please read the community FAQ before purchasing.
