Does that mean they are coming out with a new version or just a sale? I’m switching homes and leaving my V1 devices at this house. I’m going to buy V2.
It is just a Sale. 
But… Amazon generally has an event at the end of September where they announce new products. No news for this year’s event. I expect there to be an announcement soon for this year’s event.
Also, Amazon will be having another Prime Day in October so should be more deals on the way.
