Looking for a Smart Switch that works with 220v

Hello Everyone!

I’m been looking for a smart wall switch that works with Smartthings that’s 220v. Can anyone help me find this?

I live in Egypt and the electricity here is not 110v, someone told me that there might be converters, but I couldn’t find any!

Hers is a list of UK Supported compatible products. UK power is 220v and would require a UK hub as the US and UK zwave frequencies differ.
