I just bought a Harmony Ultimate Home remote when I first set it up I was able to add a few things from my account like bulbs and a smart plug. The other day I wanted to add a few more light bulbs so I plugged my remote into the computer, clicked on the home control tab for SmartThings, clicked on Refresh / Re-loging, and authorized a few more light bulbs. When I went back to the Harmony program it said “Harmony Ultimate Home couldn’t find any devices in your SmartThings account”
When I synced the remote, all my previous Smart Things devices were gone! I tried using the Harmony app on my phone, removing and re-adding the SmartThings account, and even factory restated my remote. I can’t add any devices from my Smart Things account.
I’m pretty frustrated. Any Ideas?
