Harmony can't control any devices in ST

Hi,
This might have been asked before, but I couldn’t find any posts with an answer.

I am trying to add my SmartThings hub to Harmony to control devices. I am able to connect and authorize the access, but when Harmony starts looking for devices it returns with the message "“Harmony Hub couldn’t find any supported devices in your SmartThings account.”

Any suggestions to what could cause this? I have only added switches, which I thought were controllable.

Did anyone get this issue resolved? I’m currently having this issue and Harmony support is of no help. I’ve reset and re-added my Harmony Hub multiple times.

My suggestion is create a ticket to SmartThings Dev support so this can be addressed and tracked.
