Hello, partner, I have implemented the ability of lock. When I command it to unlock, I do not need to enter security verification information. When I use alexa/googlehome, they all require me to enter a pin code to ensure security.
I believe that is expected behavior. It is a security measure to ensure that someone outside of the locked area cannot shout to Alexa or Google Home to unlock the lock.

That is certainly how I understand it in the context of voice assistants.
I believe that Google may also ask for PINs at other times, such as expecting them in Routines, and when using Google Home interactively. In those cases it has been suggested that this is a requirement of the specific third party platforms involved rather than something driven by Google. That may be nonsense though.

I want to know Samsung product ability, which can input the security code to ensure the safety of unlocking
Are you saying that you want the pin code to be entered for the lock in the Smartthings app when unlocking the lock? That is not possible AFAIK, because presumably, the people you have granted access to your Smarthings location for app access already have your permission.
Other services require it as a safety measure to avoid voice operation of locks.
Hi, @wunan_li
I’m not sure what you mean about this, can you provide more details, please?
I asked the team if this was something Alexa does (Asking for a PIN to unlock/lock) and they confirmed, so, all locks detected in those services will likely work the same.
I am using cloud connected devices,
A lock was accessed,
deviceHandler=c2c-lock-2;
When I use the smarthings app command unlock to unlock my smart door lock, it will directly issue a command to unlock successfully, without the need to enter any extra lock password and other information;
While others, such as alexa/googlehome, will let me enter a security password when unlocking, do we have this function to enter a security password? If so, how to access?
The other platforms allow voice commands, which might let users who have access to smart speakers, voice activated hubs, etc unlock the lock by simply saying “unlock my lock”. The PIN/password is a way to secure the lock from being unlocked by an unauthorized voice command.
Presumably, if your phone is secured by some form of authentication then only you can unlock the lock with the ST app. Hence, no additional authentication or authorization is required since you will have already 1) logged into your phone; and 2) logged into the ST app.
There is no capability to add additional authentication or authorization to the unlock command because it is simply not required.
