I installed what i thought was the most recent Device Handler and Smart App for Lock Manager, but when i try to add a new lock, the app just spins and won’t let me link my locks to the app. I am able to create new users, but not new locks. what am i doing wrong?
You may want to post in the Lock Manager thread, that way, the developer will be notified of your post and provide you with a response

Sounds like you didn’t install the lock child app. It might be spinning trying to find the child app for Locks.
