I have searched the site for help on this, there seem to be lots of people with the issue but no suggestions have made my unit work.
It pairs fine, I get temp reading, but it always reports DRY even when it is alarming for water. I have version 21 of the firmware and I’m running v 1.2.2 of the ericvitale leakSMART device handler. I have a v1 hub. Thanks!
Could you set the log settings to “DEBUG” and post the logs?
