Kwikset pairing issues

I’ve been trying to pair a kwikset to the hub. It pairs just fine but doesn’t update status or respond to commands. If I go look in the ide I see secur inclusion successful, but it says no states available under states. I’ve tried resetting/excluding/including in every manner conceivable. As far as I can tell all my Leviton switches support beaming but just in case I removed the electronics portion of the lock from the door and tried to pair them sitting next to the ST hub. The log results of the pairing are as follows.

Can anyon think of anything I might of missed or do I have junk zwave module/lock?

If it’s a model which is on the official “works with smartthings” list, support@smartthings.com should be able to help.

It is on the list. I’ve contacted support but figured no harm in shaking multiple trees at the same time.

Speaking of which how long does it typically take support to respond?

To be honest, recently it depends on how many people are in the office and how many are on the road. I’ve gotten responses anywhere from 4 hours to 36 hours. They usually send a canned email telling you the expected response time.
