Kwikset 914 w/z-wave plus

I have just installed rhe Kwikset 914 with the z-wave plus revision. I have it paired to the Samsung Wifi Smarthings . However, the Smarthings app is not showing the current status of the lock. Thr installed of the Smartthings app is 4.1 on Android.

I have removed the device a couple times from my hub as suggested in a few previous posts. Still the same, lock is registered but not updating in the app.

Pair it within a couple feet of the hub. I could not get any of mine to pair if they were more then 5 or 6 feet away.
