I have three Kwikset 914s on my Pulse Z-Wave system. Yesterday, two of them suddenly went offline. Refreshing the Z-Wave network and resetting the modem did not help. I would prefer NOT to have to re-pair these two units, as they are part of a larger network and I would have to remove them from several automations and schedules. Any thoughts as to why they suddenly went offline? They both have brand new batteries in them (and worked for two weeks after installing the batteries). I have tried pulling the battery pack for 10 seconds and then putting it back in, but that did not solve the issue. Any help here is greatly appreciated.
