I just did a factory reset, moved the “ Aeotec by Aeon Labs Z-Wave Range Extender/Repeater – Model DSD37-ZWUS“ to be almost right in front of the door; my hub is upstairs in the master-bedroom at least 20ft away.
Unfortunately, same thing. 
Any other idea?

New repeater installed halfway between hub and door lock. Hub moved all the way back in my bedroom upstairs.
Remove door-lock from hub, factory reseted my door-lock, inserted Door-lock again. Repaired my z-wave network, etc
Same thing, the lock doesn’t respond to the app.
I spent so much money so far trying to repair this, that I could have bought a new door lock or another model/brand to try.
I opened to suggestion.

Could the z-wave plus card be malfunctioning?
Any ideas on what else i could/should check for?
I just noticed in your first post you mentioned the 913. Are you sure that’s compatible with the zwave module? I know the 914 is compatible.

I can’t answer with confidence, but the person that sells these z-wave cards online claims it should work.
Also, if you google about this, you will find a few articles stating the same thing, but personally, now, I have my doubts as well 
I’m about to “cut a loss” and buy another lock, maybe the 888 that can be found for a reasonable price online.
This is the only device giving me issues, from all devices that I’ve installed so far in my house. Even the “rigged/adapted” ones are fully functional. 
If you have any other idea, or other way to check what could be wrong with it, please let me know.
