Just got firmware update? 16.14

Just got this email from SmartThings…

"We recently discovered a potential issue with the latest SmartThings Hub firmware that caused instabilities with the onboard flash memory. We released a firmware hotfix (version 16.14) to your Hub that implemented a small change to the memory storage and reboot processes. This update should not have any affect on your Hub’s performance or uptime, but if you encounter any issues, please do not hesitate to call us at 1-800-726-7864 or email support@smartthings.com.

We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding. "

got the same email… hub rebooted on its own, now my zwave lock is offline…

Mine did not reboot. uptime (when converted from seconds) is 30 days. I wonder if I should reboot.

Mine says offline but the light on the hub is green. As I arrived home it changed states (Routines) but the ZWave devices aren’t responding. Still on 16.13

Received but no reboot.

Believe I may be in the same boat on the lock but not sure it’s tied to the firmware as I’m on 17 in the beta.
I’m at work any checking my ActionTiles dashboard and I see my lock is unlocked… Can’t lock it from the app or dashboard.
Pulled up my camera and nothing nefarious is going on at my place.

SmartThings App says my Hub has been online since 3/2 so I assume it rebooted, however the firmware version is still registering as 16.13. Should I manually power cycle it? Not sure if the firmware update took affect but all z-wave outlets and light switches appear to be working correctly. SmartTiles appear to be working fine for me as well.

The SmartThings app does not show the correct version. Check IDE for your current hub version. I had to force stop the app before the correct version showed.

Ahhh, good to know. Looks like my hub is good to go after all. Thanks.

And an update… My lock stopped reporting because the batteries died. Never dropped below 40% though. I replaced with some new batteries this morning and it’s functional again.
