So, the saga continues. I spoke to customer service back in December and they agreed to send a courtesy replacement switch but stated that they hadn’t heard of any other issues like this and that it shouldn’t be the switch. 0000-0000 Model name and 0000-0000-0000 Manufacturer means that the pairing to the ST hub has failed. Remove (also Z-Wave exclusion) the device from the ST Hub and pair it again.
