Issue with updating ST motion sensor

I have a ST motion sensor (I believe it is F-IRM-US-2 but it doesn’t show model number on box) I just bought it from ebay new and joined to the hub. It is giving me a blue arrow which I believe means it needs an update. I just tried to update but I still have the blue arrow. How can I fix this?

I went into the app and it shows firmware undefined

I went into my account and tried to update there but doesn’t look like it did anything.

Strange. Normally there would be a current version and available version component.

I see that was the Commands, not the Attributes section. Please post that too.

Can you post a picture of the device details from that same page including which driver is being used?

I tried setting automatic updates in the Hub. I also rebooted the Hub. No luck so far.

Advanced attributes:

I also removed the device, reset to factory, and rejoined to the Hub. Still shows blue arrow.

Definitely shows that the available version is greater that the installed. I think this is a Zigbee device from what I read, correct? If so, check to verify the manual Zigbee updates are set to true on your hub.

Thanks Bruce. I just check for firmware updates and then clicked update firmware. I saw a blue bar flash across the screen and it looks like it solved the issue.
