I checked around a bit but couldn’t find an obvious home to find/download these. Any help would be appreciated.
The only thing I know of is in the IDE top right corner after clicking on “My SmartApps” there is a Browse button. This lists both examples and community smart apps.
You can also take a look on GitHub, just search for smartthings and you will find quite a few.
