I Mistakenly bought an Iris gen 1 motion sensor. Is there any way to pair it to the smarthings hub or is it just useless?
Unfortunately it uses a proprietary communications protocol which only works with the iris hubs. Return it if you can.
Iris 1st generation sensors also work with the 2nd generation hub. The OP shouldn’t have a hard time reselling it if he is unable to return it.
