i Have one iPhone. I also use an iPad Mini. Recently my SmartThings app is sending me alerts that that I arrived at home, when I have not, I am at work! Any ideas how to fix this? I checked my iPhone presence perimeter and it is correct.

Being logged into SmartThings on multiple devices can lead to some irregularities with regards to notifications.
