iOS app says hub (and devices) is offline, API shows everything is fine

iOS SmartThings version 1.6.52-437
iOS 13.7, iPhone 8
Hub is v1, firmware 000.013.00013
I’ve restarted the app several times, no help.
I do get notifications on the phone…
Please HELP…

Hmm…
Re-booting the hub (from the API Hub Utilities) seems to have solved this.

This really should get fixed!

Nope. Re-booting the hub is a very short-term fix…
Rebooted my entire home network (modem, router, hub). No fix
Re-booted iPhone - also no help…
