Hub v2 online, but IOS app says offline

I recently had a power outage. After outage, all lamps turned on (fine). My SmartThings app (on ios) has a red banner saying “Your Hub is offline”. I reset the Smart Hub v2, and have a green light on front. My phone produced a dropdown alert, “Your SmartThings Hub at Home is connected”, yet the app still has the red banner saying “Your Hub is offline”.

I have rebooted the phone, but still get the red banner and no app connection to Things, Routines, etc
