Same for me, once it loaded it shuts down! Tried to reinstall it but didn’t work!
Log into the IDE and fix your device handler as Brad posted above
For me, app doesn’t crash, but favorites and devices fail to load. Smart apps work, though. iPhone 6+ iOS 11.2.2.
If I try to open any Wemo device in the SmartApp the app crashes.
Reported to Support. Ticket #500932 if anyone wishes to refer to it.
I’m on iOS.
It may also apply to your case even though you are not crashing. You should check it to see if you have the same settings.

I have a device handler that no longer is working. Well not working is not exactly correct, it still seems to be running but I can not open the device for my Aeon energy V2 monitor. I just get a screen that says something is wrong, we can’t load your screen right now. I have looked through the code and it doesn’t seem to use any multiAttributeTiles. All I see are standard and Value. Do these have issues as well?
Something else I should look at? I sent in a support request but haven’t received a reply yet. Had not seen this thread at that time.
Do we change the code in the device handler for the device that’s crashing the app or do we go through each and every handler looking for the code? Trying to get insight where to start out.
The blind leading the blind here but probably a good place to start with the one causing the crash and see how things progress. Just keep track of any changes you make in case you need to revert back.
The only handler that’s crashing my SmartThings app is the webCoRE presence sensor- both of mine. I’m nervous to go editing that code because I don’t want to mess up presence detection or miss out on future updates.
Go back to your post on the WC forum, someone is looking at the code over there.

Yes my app crashes as well. Have tried it on three iOS devices. On logon, the app will attempt to load the dashboard with devices and crash. Reinstalling app does not resolve the problem. Major crisis for me as there are lights I cannot shut off without it without disconnecting the power.
Suddenly the order of devices in My Home > Things has changed. Not alphabetical, but semi-random as best I can tell. Is this iOS 2.14.0 update to blame?
Didn’t even know they could be reordered, and I don’t see any way to do it. How is that supposed to work?

Lower case is being sorted after upper case. Happening to me too.
