My welcome code appears to be invalid even after I have done all forms of resets and reboots, what is the problem???
Perhaps the best thing to do at this point is to contact SmartThings Support. They should be able to help…
i have done that, but havent got a response for quite some time and in the meantime am trying to look for some advice
This is probably not something that can be fixed by someone in this online community of ST users. You need support staff to look into this, and this isn’t an official support channel.
Are you in the US or UK?
