Please help a noob I want to start home automation and pickup a few wink items. After a few week I found wink was not my answer. I want to Learn how to code and create my own integration but am to new to start. I looking to integrate my Refull and was hoping the community may be able to help me.

It’s already done. Search for Quirky Refuel.
Probably not one to start with though since it requires a cloud to cloud service manager.

Thank you for your response I searched the forms but did not see anything. I’ll take another look I must have missed it.

Here is what I found wanted to share if someone was looking for the same info and unable to find.
All,
I am posting the pre-release code for the Quirky Service Manager and the 7 devices that don’t require the wink hub. These have not been through the SmartThings release cycle or QA. Use them at your own risk. Use this thread for any and all questions/support until the official release by SmartThings.
Install and Get Operational in Wink
These devices all are powered by Electric Imp and require you to connect them to Wink servers first.
Connect the device to the Wink Mobile App and ensure it fully functions there before connecting SmartThings.
To install the service manager:
Choosing “My SmartApps”
Choose “+ New SmartApp”
Then choose the tab labeled “from code”
Paste from Github on that page.
Choose “Create”
Choose “Publish” > “To Me”
Add only the device files you need in the IDE…
