I had this but this was overwritten by Zigbee motion sensor and I am now unable to choose another driver as no options appear.

Is “ZigBee motion sensor Mc” still installed on your hub. If it is you should be able to go up to 3 dots, driver, change driver to make a change.

If the device is offline you may be able to use the API Browser+ to change the driver.

I have changed the driver now so will monitor tonight and feedback.

This is now fixed and it was due to the driver. Marianno’s driver works perfectly fine now.

The problem seems to have started again. I have 10+ Zigbee devices and only two of my motions sensors seem to be a problem as one of them goes offline every night. If I get the one that went offline working, then the other goes offline every night.

I have tried resetting the hub, deleting the device and re-pairing them again (right on top of the hub and far away) and also finally, disconnecting the hub for 20 min, switching it back on and re-connecting all the zigbee devices again.

All devices get connected and works till I go to sleep and when I see in the morning, one of the two devices go offline which I am assuming is due to long period of inactivity. They don’t come back online when motion is detected either.

Is there any fix to this at all?

I bought one of these yesterday. Have had no problem with pairing but it wont detect motion. Has anyone had that problem?

Everything is working for me as usual. I didn’t do anything apart from re-pairing them by placing them on top of the hub

I have one running with the @Mariano_Colmenarejo Zigbee motion sensor outside on my patio. It almost always shows as offline on the app and has no light indicator when it’s triggered so it’s easy to think something is wrong. But every time I check on it in a couple of routines I have its working perfectly.

State by installing the ZigBee Contact Mc driver: see below

Then try to pair the device per the Ikea instructions next to you hub. See the following if it is not working properly after pairing.
