I am hoping that this hasn’t been already posted. I did a quick search and I couldn’t find it.
It looks like Liftmaster/Chamberlain has added a channel to IFTTT, but they are charging $1/month or $10 a year for it which seems absurd. I can’t imagine there not being outrage in the community.
I’m amazed that they are charging for this, but I guess they have a near-monopoly in their market niche and they think they can get away with it. I’m not saying it’s not worth $10 a year, I think the feature probably is, but it’s just going to be an ongoing annoyance to customers who pay for it. 
A buck a month, for the privilege of opening your garage.
I won’t buy their products again if I can help it.
