hello i have issue with ide i want to change smart switch device handler and when i click uptade its shows this (image) i conntaced polish suport but they dont know what im talking about
Try logging into IDE using private/incognito mode on your browser. May or may not resolve it.
Also consider switching to an Edge Driver if one is available for your device. Groovy device handlers are going to be phased out. Let us know what the brand/model is for the device and which hub you have?

I tried changing handlers and it worked (US-based) so the IDE is allowing changes here. I have only seen the access denied notice when the device has been deleted. Have you tried to remove and rejoin the switch?
