i m trying to connect my hub to samsung smart things hub using cloud to cloud connectivity using smartthings schema connector. When the app sends discovery request in developer mode my device returns list of devices. Also when the app sends grantcallback access my device successfully gets the smartthings access token. But even after this stage i dont see my devices in the smartthings app. Kindly help me with wat can be the issue here
