HW-Q80R Soundbar “Loading”

I’ve successfully installed the above soundbar in the smartthings app. However, when I select the soundbar within the iOS app, it indicates “loading” and after about 30 seconds exits to the room contains the soundbar. I’ve deleted the device, reset the soundbar, and reinstalled the device but the behavior persists. Any suggestions?

May i know if you managed to resolve this. I am having the same issue on Android phone too

I have not but haven’t tried since my initial post. Will give it a go in about 3 weeks when I’m home.
